Rudy Duran, Ph.D., superintendent of the Windsor C-1 School District has been selected as one of the National School Boards Association’s (NSBA) “20 to Watch” educators for 2008.
The NSBA program seeks to identify 20 emerging education leaders who embrace the power of technology to enhance learning for students, inspire their colleagues, transform operations, or engage parents and community members. The 20 educators identified ranged from superintendents, classroom teachers, technology directors and college faculty members.
He will be recognized at NSBA’s annual T+L Conference in Seattle, Washington on October 27.
Dr. Duran has been superintendent of the Windsor C-1 School District since February 2005.
