Crisis Communications Assistance

Cooperating School Districts provides crisis communications assistance to CSD member school districts. Assistance is provided in the following areas:

• on-call communications counseling

• media request coordination

• on-site communications assistance

• media interview preparation

• crisis letter writing and more


Sample Situation and Issue Letters
The letters below were written to address a situation/issue in a school district or school. Choose your topic of interest and click on it. All letters are Microsoft Word documents. The sample will download to your pre-specified download folder, which may also be your desktop. Once downloaded, you can open the file in Microsoft Word or any other program that recognizes a Word file. Personalize the letter as you deem necessary.
