17th Annual Support Staff Academy Mini-Conference
Register to attend June 10 event
Where can you learn about ways to slash college costs, save
towards your retirement, develop strategies to prevent the paper
forest from cluttering your life, and make wellness a part of your
school’s game plan? Mark your calendars for the 17th Annual Support
Staff Academy Mini-Conference, June 10 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at
Maryville University.
The SSA mini-conference, sponsored by the Cooperating School
Districts of Greater St. Louis, Inc. (CSD), offers a keynote
presentation and a series of breakout sessions designed to update
skills, introduce new ideas, rejuvenate enthusiasm, and so much
more.
Please encourage your support staff to attend these workshops
to:
• Update and learn new highly productive tech skills.
• Discover the beauty of being a “Champ” and not a “Chump.”
• Consider different ways to become and stay organized.
• Learn the best ways to keep stress down when dealing with
demanding issues.
• Feel confident when dealing with potential legal issues and keep
your district out of the court room.
• Gain confidence in their retirement plans and learn how to stay
above the fears of the current economy.
Give your staff the tools they need to be more successful, more
enthusiastic and more self-confident.
CPS or CAP Certification: (Certified Professional Secretary,
Certified Administrative Professional). These classes may be an
excellent way to earn recertification points.
